Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

Windows 7 Home Premium 64x
Intel® 2nd Generation Core™ i7 2600 3.4ghz
12gb DDR 3 1,600 mhz
Sata HDD 7,200rpm
Nvidia GeForce GTX 560 2gb GDDr 5

I'm hoping that would work.
I'm mainly wanting to play gamecube games more than wii games.

Will my specs be good enough to run at 1080p with all the bells and whistles?

In the future I plan on getting a GTX 590 3gb

Should play games that aren't VERY demanding, for those you'll need a k for OC'ing.

Man... Dolphin is ridiculous for hardware requirements.
I wish the best of luck with the development on this emulator in that it's progress improves greatly.

Why on earth would you do that?
1. Very few retailers sell them anymore
2. They aren't even in production anymore
3. They were terrible cards
4. A similar kepler version will be out before the end of the year that should be much better

You will be able to play games better than I can. If you want to be able to play EVERYTHING at fullspeed. It will cost a ton Just make a good pc, don't focus on Dolphin. And just accept the fact that the Wii is quite proccessor intensive,a nd you get what you get.
