I just went through the patch file and deleted everything I saw from the files it referenced... no problems.
There were changes to the files the patches affected which is why I believe the patch doesn't work, however I will piece the watchdog code back in when I get a chance.
Here is where I found what revision was responsible for the breakage in these games through strenuous testing, sl1nk3 narrowed it down to exactly what change caused the breakage and I have thus slightly altered the code to fix this issue until an official fix is committed to the SVN repository.

DBZ BT 3 Barely started working under the Dx plugin except for this major error.
I thought I'd post here, seeing as how Xtreme has a background in this vicinity.
It might be my settings though.

Another commit cause that weird graphics rendering problem, I haven't taken the time to hunt down which revision was the cause yet. This game has always had more rendering issues under DX9 than with the OpenGL plugin since the DX9 plugin was fixed, the the issue you outlined is fairly recent as in the last 100 revisions recent.
As promised I uploaded the JITIL x64 build for revision 4384 and have uploaded the x86, x64, JITIL x86, and JITIL x64 builds for revision 4389. I will add the watchdog into my builds after this build, all credit goes to James since I lack coding expertise.

lol, I am a noob in coding too
I only added or deleted lines of code following the patch files

( I only uploaded the files I modified the first time , that why You get errors compiling )
The x86, x64, JITIL x86, and JITIL x64 builds for revision 4393 is uploaded. I still haven't added the watchdog back in yet, as I've been too busy with other things to bother right yet..
the rev 4395 broke the watchdog ( again

)

FFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUU-
Back to serious, WD now has little to no effect even in D3D, at least for me.
I guess it's overclocking time.
