Release 3.0 is coming up, that is why. Until all of the bugs on the list are fixed no other enhancements, options, or major fixes are allowed to be committed.

is it possible to install gamecube backup launcher v2.0 on dolphin and will it work , so all gamecube games run without problems
Why would you want to do that? Dolphin can already run both Gamecube and Wii games as long as the game you are trying to play is listed as compatible.

I know dolphin run both Gamecube and Wii games but not all gamecube games are working , some games crash some games hang at .... you know what i mean and you do not answer me about my question so please tell me : Can we install gamecube backup launcher as Wad file on dolphin
What you are suggesting would not solve crashing or hanging issues. The games crash or hang because of the code itself, either a hardware feature is not supported or properly supported, buggy implementations, missing opcodes.. You are just going to need to wait until improvements are made to the emulator and more games become compatible or play on an actual Gamecube/Wii. What you are suggesting is not possible as far as I know.
I've uploaded Revision 7612 x86/x64 with the usual patches. I have to work on getting a hold of a copy of ICC before I can offer optimized builds again.

I decided against closing the site after talking with someone that reasoned with me that closing down would be the wrong thing to do. I re-stuck and re-opened the thread, I just forgot to delete that post.

I just wasn't going to be providing new builds because I am more busy nowadays, didn't know what my schedule was going to be and needed to focus my attention elsewhere.
