The Simplepad plugin was merged into the GCPad plugin along with Njoy some revisions ago. I don't know why this was done as the Simplepad plugin was essentially perfect and worked quite well with the keyboard and Xbox 360 controller.
I just haven't updated my descriptions to reflect this yet. I also have posted the last builds of the SimplePad and Njoy plugins in a thread on my forum, I will also attach them to this thread shortly.
By the way your user handle looks familiar, I could of sworn I've seen that handle elsewhere.

My X360 controller and my logitech pad are recognized in the configuration control (with every3 pad plugin) but the second one wont work in-game. Always the x360 is ok but not the ohter one :/

I'll try to compile it and upload it tonight but I can't make any promises, I'll inform you when it's uploaded though.

I've uploaded the x86 and x64 builds for revision 5116. I included the patch to add the AFC Looping Hack checkbox to the DSP configuration, I've also included the old SimplePad/X360 Pad plugin and the old Njoy pad plugin since the new GCPad plugin seems to have quite a few issues and doesn't work correctly with Xbox 360 controllers yet.
The AFC Looping Hack option in the GameConfig doesn't do anything right now and only serves as a placeholder until I can get the GameConfig/GameIni aspect working correctly.
I also included the following patch into my builds, right now it has little effect on performance due to the explanation provided in the following thread:

For some reason revision 3869 is giving me errors when I try to compile, perhaps it was one of those builds that broke compilation. Any other revision that Sonic Unleashed was working in that you know of?

One question.
Can you build one older version that has optimise quantiser option in it.Im hopeless .Cant play it on new builds because it crashes and i cant play it on old version because lausy graphic.Please build one old version with new graphic plugin if thats possible.
