@Diddy, yeah I've been working on the website more and have also been a bit busy lately in real life. My internet connection has also been giving me trouble, haven't been able to upload since the upload times out.
I've uploaded all builds for revisions 4631 and 4635 to the download system on my website and my Skydrive, both links are in the first post of this thread.
I've uploaded the x86 and x64 builds for revision 4641, I will upload the JITIL x86 and JITIL x64 builds later on. I will also upload another new build when I upload the JITIL builds and upload all builds to my Skydrive mirror for Dolphin builds.
Revision 4642 (x86, x64, JITIL x86, JITIL x64) has been uploaded, as promised it's being uploaded to my Skydrive right now. Please check the first post in this thread for the links to download.

I would appreciate any responses, feedback, and comments regarding these builds. I can guarantee these builds are the most stable builds currently available, all builds are compiled using fresh vanilla SVN code, no useless hacks or patches are added which tend to cause general instability and crashes. I however cannot guarantee crashes and instability won't occur from normal emulation or compatibility specific issues with certain games. I can only guarantee these builds won't cause any instabilities or crashes due to unsupported code such as unofficial hacks and patches.
