Hi people! its my first post here and i have a dumb question xD

Can I control the fps?

I was playing Mario Kart Double Dash but my fps sometimes are at 70 and other times are at 45 and its quite a diference because the game acelerates too much if you understand.

I wanted to force the fps at 30, per example. Its possible?

This happens in two game that I tried, wind waker and mario kart. In wind waker it's impossible to play at 70 fps because the game its too fast and i can't kill the monters because when i see them i am already dead xD

Are using latest revision? Use latest one.

use 3537+, because before it was broken.

or use 3404 from mainpage, thats working too : http://www.dolphin-emu.com/news.php

in config menu -> last option on first page.
