hi, i'm an italian new user, so sorry about my english...
i've installed the visual c++ runtimes and updated directx but the emulator (the last build version for windows 32bit) when i start resident evil rebirth dvd1 (pal version) shows me always a strange coloured windows (it shows the fps etc. in the title and at the start in the windows print me some infos in yellow)
i have a amd athlon 64 3500+ (machester with sse and sse2 support)
2gb ram kingston (ddr 400 but working at 333)
asus en6600gt top
someone can help me understanding why?

PS: what's the differnece between the two binary (dolphin.exe and dolphinil.exe) in the dolphin directory?
Usually that was caused by wrong display color.
You're using 32bit or 16bit? Dolphin is running on 32bit.
Check your OpenGL settings as well, change some options on there.
If still not fixed the problem, check your graphic card then.
Are the other games (on Dolphin) have the same problem?

now it's working..... still don't know why... however about the difference between il and not? (and is there a trick to make it faster? the games aren't playable with my configuration....)

What do you mean by that? Are you saying you arent sure if your processor is dual core?

no, i mean that my processor don't have dual core, i was joking but i'm sure that's my english's fault....
One core processor? lol Throw it to trashcan.
You should know that this emulator need high speed processor....
