Tried that but then it says "Dolphin encountered an error and needs to close" every time.

I already tried increasing the Virtual Memory (pagefile) up to 6gb before I posted this thread. Didn't work.

You have to disable Kaspersky, or uninstall it.
Theres lots of places that show you how to disable Kaspersky for this problem.
No one can figure out how to fix my problem? :'(

OK, I had that problem for a while too but im telling you now, This WILL fix it.
Re-Install Dolphin. Put Graphics on OpenGL, And put DSP on HLE.
Next open task manager, Under your user name close EVERYTHING except the following.....
rundll32.exe
jusched.exe
explorer.exe
ctfmon.exe
Then start dolphin and it'll work.

You know, all those Svchost.exe's are needed by the system.
As well as:
csrss.exe
ctfmon.exe[I don't know what this even is]
lsass.exe
rundll32.exe[sometimes]
services.exe
smss.exe
spoolsv.exe[print spooler, needed if you print things]
svchost.exe[I have 8 running]
winlogon.exe[we all know what this is for, it keeps you logged on
]Also, I have 4 GB of ram on a quad core running a 9800gt +1gb and still receive that message.
Avast Antivirus is off, and no other real programs besides that F@H program running[even though it's stopped, atm]
EDIT: And yes, I choose this as my first post. Hai guys, I'm Omega_2 and I will be your resident annoyance tonight

I've tried every solution I can find, and I'm still getting this.
