It you're a great overclocker , you can oc it to :
2.5Ghz for GC games
3.0Ghz for Wii games
But i doubt you could do it without destroying that laptop

Overclocking a laptop/mini desktop is always a bad idea unless you have plans to make custom cooling and case parts.
