In the bottom left-hand corner.

there is something like that: JIT64DC | FPS: 60 - VPS: 60 - SPEED: 100%
You can also make it appear ingame (so that you can see it while fullscreen).
To do this, go to Options -> Graphics Settings, stay in this tab, in the bottom, under Other tick Show FPS.
Your FPS should appear on the top-left of your screen now.

Thank you everyone for the tips! I checked, and in normal areas where the sound is fine, fps is 60. When I get to the world map, it drops all the way to 30. Sad I have lle checked in audio, so why is this happening? I have the MSI GT683r laptop, and it's in gaming mode. It's a gaming laptop with the best specs out there.... wait! I wonder what would happen if I put it in Turbo! XD I'll check back in with updates after testing this! Big Grin
From what I know, the world map is supposed to be 30 FPS. Anything faster in that area is greater than fullspeed. I accidentally had HLE audio set once (speakers were thankfully off) and I had 60 FPS on the world map; it goes way too fast. Don't worry Cuwen, that's how it's meant to be played.

Well thank you very much for letting e know that, Shonumi!! Big Grin I really appreciate that, especially since the Turbo didn't do anything. Sad But it can go all the way down to 21. Any ideas on how to help that? I don't know why it's doing that.
What exact CPU do you have? List its model and clockspeed.
