So far the game works perfectly and runs at perfect speed but the music is messed up. Like its skipping notes, and the battle transition sound and victory sound is completely messed up. Anyone know how to fix this problem?

This is a known issue with ToS. You need to set the DSP to use the LLE recompiler. The DSP files can be extracted from your GCN/Wii system, there's a guide in this thread on how to get them. Just put them in your Sys/GC directory when you're done.

Be warned though, to smoothly play games with LLE enabled, you'll need a fairly decent computer. If you're not getting fullspeed with HLE set for your DSP, your FPS may drop, how much depends on hardware. You can enable "DSP LLE on Thread" which will create another thread specifically for DSP LLE processing and may help you regain some speed.
