Hey
I get to the agreement screen and after clicking yes or no i get a black screen crash and fps drops to 0 ? please help

I think this issue has been covered before; the solution was described in this thread:

It might also be helpful to check out the Phantasy Star Online Dolphin Wiki for additional information. Apparently, syncing the calendar also causes a crash, so don't do that either.

If you still have problems, post all of your settings that you're using for Dolphin.
