How to install this code in latest revisions of Dolphin? Implement texture preloading support

Oh sorry, maybe a wrong forum to do so.

Checkout the git version of dolphin, apply the patches, and compile. You can't apply code patches to an already compiled program (like the one in the downloads section), you need to compile it yourself.

Thanks, again. I'll try to ask for some builds that have been already uploaded by others with Instructions, since i can't do it by myself.
