Drivers: Recently installed this last one 11.12 Catalyst Version AMD.

When you move the camera in OpenGL, it seems to be more faster, "smooth", when in Direct3D this happens to be "a little slow" like stuttering considering that FPS are always 30 (Direct3D) in most times. I happen to use Direct3D9 and 11, 9 is the best, but 11 with Anti-Aliasing maxed out looks smoothly.
