Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

Hi guys!

First off all i want to congratulate you lot with this awesome piece of software
Ok you guys must be sick of hearing these questions but here it goes:

Whenever i run Super Mario Galaxy ( first one i tried ) i get ingame around 35 FPS and mario walks really slow.
I was wondering if it was my pc but i saw some people on youtube with slower pc's getting good results.
My specs are:
Intel quadcore Q9300 2,5 gighz
Nvidia GTX460
8 GIG RAM DDR3

So could you guys enlighten me if it is my pc, or should i try different settings? ( I tried a lot though )..

you need at least 3.5ghz for SMG
did you have a custom cooler?
just overclock

I doubt that but you conveniently failed to provide any examples of this.

Your cpu is nowhere near fast enough to run SMG well.
