5. People who have played most or all of the games and have formed an opinion about each one that they have played. They like some, hate others, and think that some are just ok. The vast majority of the zelda fanbase fit into this category.
Absolutely. My 1. is your 5. but I quickly summarized
Well I've played more than one, but definitely not even close to the whole series. So far I've played a decent amount of WW, TP, SS and ST. I just got MM on Virtual Console for 150 coins on Club Nintendo (I suggest you all do the same) so I will start that soon too.
I love the series though.

1- The ones who have played the whole series (or almost) and are absolute fans. They have some favorite games but they usually like them all
2- The ones who have never played Zelda games. Either they don't like adventure games/RPGs. Either they never got a Nintendo system. Either they say Link is a fag. Whatever...
3- The ones who have played only one game (the youngest of us for example) and say "great!!!". They wanna try to play the other games because they feel they have approached one of the most interesting video games series of the history
4- The ones who have played only one game (still the youngest but not only) and say "not that bad but...". They say there are so many other good games and wonder why this one should be considered as the best one
I'll guess I fall under category 1 then.
Hmm, I have played and completed: Zelda 1, Zelda 2 Adventures of Link, A Link to the past, Link's awakening, oracle of seasons/ages, ocarina of time, majora's mask, minish cap, wind waker, twilight princess. I'm pretty sure I missed some. Haven't ever played 4 swords or 4 swords adventures.
Well its mostly a puzzle solving adventure game, even the bosses are very easy to finish off once you find out their weak point, except majora's wrath, God, i died so many times and it took me ages to get past the guy probably the toughest boss i've encountered in all the series that i've played
.......are you joking? Majora's wrath is pathetic.
If link:
-keep shooting him with arrows and jumping around to dodge his attacks. When he falls to the ground give him a few whacks with your sword then run away.
If fierce deity:
-keep shooting him with your sword and laugh at how easy this is
It's pretty much the same formula with most bosses in most zelda games:
1. Shoot boss with the item that you found in the dungeon while avoiding attacks until they are stunned
2. Hit with sword when they are stunned then go back to step 1
Huh, i think you're mistaken, i'm not talking about the one that clucks like a chicken, i'm talking about this guy
Even if it was him you were talking about, predicting the trajectory of the whip is hard at times since link cant jump vertically only backwards, i didnt have any arrows with me when i met him, used most of it on shooting the masks, well without arrows or using any kind of cheat ( i hate cheats) i'd say he's a pretty formidable opponent

He can't even attack as long as you keep hitting him over and over.

Aaaahhhhh. Yes THAT would make it a hard fight.
To me the last boss of Majora's Mask was a piece of cake compared to the final battle of Girahim in Skyward Sword since you had to be alert and precise in your strikes (a battle that took nearly 40 minutes the very first time I did it)
Luckily I didn't die in that battle, but I was furious with frustration and wanted to punch the bitch lights out so badly, then only to find out that the battle with Demise was the easiest yet...ugh
The first time you face a boss in a Zelda game it's always a little tricky, some more then others, then they're easy as pie and the final battle with Girahim today takes 8 minutes, and for a guy like me that's a huge leap from 40 minutes.
Ahh Zelda. It's my favorite game series of all time. I got into the series when Oot was released and played almost every title that followd.
Majora's mask took me actually a few years to finnish becouse I really got stuck in the game and had a pause for a few months and started over again.
Twilight Princess was a great game for me. I used alot of time playing throu that one. The only temple/dungen I didn't like was Temple of Time. It seem'd to easy?!
And right now I'm in Skyward Sword with my golden ZeldaWii controller that I got as a x-mas present from my girlfriend (and he hates herself now because of my hours at the Wii).
I've played with it since i was a kid!!
