How the hell would somebody know that? Do you think we know the ambient temperature of your room? How the airflow is set up in your case? Air volume inside the case and inside the room? The thermal conductivity of your thermal grease? HSF contact surface area? The thermodynamics of your HSF (thermal dissipation of the base, thermal dissipation of the pipes, thermal dissipation of the fins, size of fan, velocity of fan, shape of fan, number of fins, thickness of fins, space between fins, shape of fins, material of base, material of pipes, material of fins, etc.)? Even if we had all of this info. and more we would still need a physicist to make sense of the data, and even then you wouldn't have absolute certainty.

Three fans inside a Rosewill Destroyer case, with an ambient temp of about 25 degrees C. I'd like a few estimates, as my current rig is an OEM computer and it has a load temp of 45 degrees C. The load is Prime95 for 15 minutes, I would just like an estimate.

The stockcooler should be good enough for Dolphin and gaming. Only if you want to overclock, you should get another cooler.
I'd recommend the Gelid Tranquillo Rev 2 btw. Amazing cooler. I could probably run my CPU at 5GHz.
