Hello,

I tried everything, but once I get in-game the FPS sticks around 20-30 FPS which is low.

My specs

OS: Windows 7 64bit
CPU: AMD Phenom X6 2.8 ghz per core, 6 cores.
GPU: Nvidia 460 GTX 2gb memory
RAM: 8GB DD3 GeiL
SDD: 90GB

I got the 64 bit Dolphin 3.0-371.

This system should easily get around 60 FPS am I rite?

Some assistance would be awesome! I have looked for older, more stable versions of Dolphin where I had some guides on but they weren't downloadable anymore. Please help!

Nope, not even close. This is a very demanding game. Overclocking will help but you will never get fullspeed with that cpu.

Overclocked my CPU to 3.5 GHZ instead of 2.8. Still getting low FPS, it's still around 20-29 in some area's. When it's above 30 i'm fine with it but below that is unacceptable due to stuttering.

And with what kind of CPU will you get DECENT FPS?
sandybridge @4.5ghz
Why does it actually take up that much CPU? Can I allocate more cores to the program or something?
If i remember correctly , MH3 is 30 FPS game (30FPS = 100% speed , 60FPS is double speed) , it's the same on real wii
You can't get any more than 30 FPS unless you disable Framelimit , audio throttle and your pc must be more powerful like @danzen said
Some 30 FPS games : Zelda TW , Zelda SS , Sonic Colors , The Last Story , Xenoblade , Zangeki no Reginleiv (Z no R need Ivy Bridge @ 5.0ghz or even more to run fullspeed lol)

Thanks, yesterday somehow, I got it stable at 30, but I wanted to tune up the resolution a bit and smooth it out, FPS drops a bit when there are monsters, anyone got the perfect tweak for 30 FPS stable? Or wanna help me over skype-tovrao/steam-halflife@johnnie.gotdns.com/origin-fumbel once I get home?
There's no magic setting that will increase your speed.
The only person that can play with the settings is you, so keep experimenting until you are satisfied.

Monster Hunter Tri is a 30FPS game, you don't want to play it at 60fps, or things will be twice as fast.

No you don't. I can run it at fullspeed (which is 30FPS) constantly at 3.3GHz.

If you managed to get 30FPS 'stable' and still drop when there's a lot of monsters, the only thing you could do to give it a push, is to overclock your CPU.
