You should know that it doesn't matter how well your PC is running PC games. This is an emulator not a PC game.

[color=#FF4500]Reduce your internal resolution to 2x[/color]. According to this link your video card is not strong enough for 3x internal resolution.

but the graphics is very bad!
or the wii version graphics is that bad?

Reducing internal resolution will reduce image quality. Either get a better graphics card so that you can use a higher internal resolution without slowdowns or deal with the reduced image quality.
