I want to say something for the emulator programmers: can you guys make the emulator run with more than 2 cores?

See I told you Big Grin, you can click the box to enable it, BUT it may make the game buggy Undecided

Depends on your knowledge and the person who made the config Big Grin
Dual core is disabled with F Zero GX because enabling it causes crashes due to inaccurate fifo emulation. Your cpu has 4 cores and is hyperthreaded, giving it 8 hardware threads. Since dolphin only uses 1 hardware thread at a time your cpu load should be about 15%, which is what you are getting.

F Zero GX is a slow game on pretty much any hardware.

Use an old revision like r6000 and turn off lock threads to cores. This may help but you probably still won't get fullspeed.

Not really, this subject has been discussed to death.
Enabling Dual core makes F-Zero X unstable.
I think i7 2760qm 3.5ghz (single core mode) should run F-zero well but apparently he can only get it running at 2.4Ghz

Nope. Not even an overclocked 2500K will run it at fullspeed in single core mode, which is needed to prevent it from crashing.

The same seems to be true for both Pokemon Colosseum and Pokemon XD when they are set to LLE. (Based on experiences with 2300, may be wrong.)
BTW what in F-zero makes it unstable with Dual Core enabled?

The game requires very accurate command processor emulation for whatever reason (single threaded fifo emulates the command processor more accurately then the dual threaded fifo system).
