We need the rest of your settings. Also like they said your cpu is pretty slow for 3/4 players.

Everything looks fine. Does the slowdown only occur with 3/4 players?

If the slowdown s when 4 players but I have a friend who has a pc less than mine and the player along with 4 players

define slower pc than yours
every i-serie intel cpu with the same or higher clocks is beating you
or amd black editions (due to high stock clocks)

my friend's computer has these features

2.8ghz core 2 duo
3gb ddr2
5850 1GB video card

His cpu is faster than yours for dolphin.
