I'm using version 3.0.362 dirty.
Kirby is running at full speed, paper mario too, mario sunshine too,new super mario bros wii too, skyward sword at 80 to 100%(but very playable)
But Mario galaxy is just reeeeaaally slow.
I'm using windows 7 64 bit.
(The dolphin versions also 64 bit)
My videocard is an nvidia gtx 560 ti
My processor is an i5 750
It would help if you defined "reeeeaaally slow" for us in terms of FPS. Are you getting half-speed (50%) or something abysmal like 1-5 FPS? Your GPU looks pretty good are your CPU should give you decent FPS, probably close to fullspeed or something a little under that. Secondly, what settings are you using? It's most likely something in there rather than your hardware.

Resolution doesn't seem to make a difference while on skyward sword, resolution makes a hugo difference(highest resolution is like 80% on skyward but lower resolutions make it 98) . but i'm getting 60% on galaxy with any resolution and it feels slow.

I'm sorry you can't read that.

Your specs are too low to run this particular game at fullspeed or close to fullspeed but you shouldn't be getting abysmal performance.
Strange, I've never played SMG with Dolphin before, but I've seen others play it with similar specs getting 50~60 FPS with recording software, at 480p. Are you sure the resolution doesn't affect your performance at all? The picture you showed has your Internal Resolution as set to whatever your window size is. Have you tried lowering it to 1x?

Another question, you said it runs about 60% ~ 36FPS. Is this consistently or only in certain areas? I've seen where the beginning of SMG runs around 40 ~ 45FPS with specs like yours; the scene with Bowser's taking Peach from her castle gets some noticeable slowdown. But the rest of the game runs close to fullspeed. Have you tried playing actual levels yet?

Resolution only affects GPU load. His GPU is an order of magnitude more powerful than it needs to be for dolphin.
Hi there,
I will tell exactly how to make SMG works fine at full speed : (on : checked, off : unchecked)
General :
- dual core : on
- idle skipping : on
- frame limit : 60
-JIT recompiler
Lock threads to core : off
force console as NTSJ : off

Audio :
-DSP HLE emulation : on (note that music will stop after a few minutes of playing, this a very knowing issue in SMG and there is no fix for it right now)
- Enable DTK music : off
- DSP LLE on threads : off
- Dump Audio : off
-Audio Backend : DSound
-Sample Rate : 48000

Graphics
General :
- backend : Direct3D9
- Fullscreen resolution : 1920x1080 (if your screen support it, otherwise put at your highest resolution)
- aspect ratio : auto
- Vsyc : on
- Fullscreen : on
- Hide mouse cursor : off
- Auto adjust widow size : off
- render to main window : off
Enhancements :
- Internal resolution : 4x Native (2560x2112)
- Anti Aliasing : None
- Anisotropic Filtering : 16x
- Scaled EFB copie : on
-Per-Pixel Lighting : off
- Force Texture filtering : off
- 3D vison : off
Hack :
- Skip EFB access from CPU : off
- Ignore format change : on
- EFB copie : texture
- Texture cache accuracy : fast
- external frame buffer : disabled
- fast mipmap : on
- disable lighting : off
- disable per-pixel depth : on
- open cl : off
- cache display list : on
- disable fog : on
-skip dest pass alpha : off
- open MP : ON

ENJOY ! Cool

Made no difference.
BUT.
I've been having trouble with my asus GTX 560 TI lately.
I can't plat battlefield 3 with 60+ fps on medium, while many people on the itnernet inlcuding my friend with the same and lower specs can and accoarding to the nvidia website on 1920 x 1080 on ultra I should be getting 40 FPS(well,if I do that I get 20)
Something's wrong,and it's been 2 months.. I basicly wasted 230 bucks.
I can't play skyrim maxed out with 60+ fps, while my neighbor with almost the same specs can.
and if I put skyrim on medium I still get less then him.
check your temps

Actually there is a fix but you'll have to use LLE so your performance could decrease
