The devs cannot reproduce your crash. And if they can't get it to crash then they can't figure out what's wrong and fix it.

Not specifically an LLE issue, that's down to the common audio code since the issue exists with both LLE and HLE audio. Yeah there is a chance that both LLE and HLE are not emulating this or emulating it correctly.

Might have including more information that I should but did just to make things safe...
The problem is, a few minutes into the game the audio rapidly jitters and the game freezes. I can reset the problem by loading a save state, but a few minutes after the same problem just repeats. So I am not sure if you would actually call it a crash... If there is really a need for more information I can post Screenshots and record a video of what happened.
As well u mention they cant get it to crash. So you are telling me that with these settings for Twilight Princess ( the settings i use for the game ) doesnt crash for them?
