Just download Dolphin 3.0 (64bits). Make sure you get Windows 64bits aswell lol.
i dont have windows 7 ultimate 64bit T.T its only 32bit man but i already unlocked the memory so no need i guess i can use the 12g

You will get a noticeable speedup upgrading from 32 to 64 bit, so it's recommended you do, also i dont get why you said there's no need for it?
