I plan to play games such as fifa 07 and thos require high fps which my current desktop doesn't have

You'll need a dedicated graphics card AND a better CPU to run everything at 60FPS/100%. FYI, not ALL games run at 60FPS.
With your build? Some games, yeah they'll run at full speed. Some games are pushovers; Time Splitters 2 comes to mind. Others games, not a chance. Twilight Princess, Super Mario Galaxy 1/2: all of them require a better CPU than what you have. I don't think you'll reach full speed even with OCing. And with Intel integrated graphics, your resolutions won't be all that high. You'll need something more modern, like a decent i5/i7 and a dedicated GPU.
