Didn't change anything. Noticed that I can use my spinner on the statue and get on top of it, but I can't hit the center. Still it doesn't show and Link can walk through it. I think it might be rom related issue or something.
EDIT. Now I have tried in three previous revisions without any changes, so it must be in the save file or in the rom. Guess I need a save game that skips that part. Which I don't fuckin have. Fuck.
Hi!
I`ve tried to run Twilight Princess on my notebook for a while now, and it works, but only at a very poor framerate/quality(only very small areas/interiors run at 25-30 fps, everything else: 5-20 fps).
I know about the general slowdowns on Hyrule Field but I also got low fps in other areas like Faron Forest or Kakariko village.
PC- specs:
Intel Core2Duo T9300 @ 2,5Ghz
4GB RAM
Geforce M8800 GTX 512 MB
Windows 7 32 bit
Dolphin settings: I´m using the latest version with every possible speed-increasing-option turned on (i.e.: idle skipping, dual cores etc.etc. + lowest resolution, no aa/af).
I´m also using the Direct 3d plugin atm because with openGL the game runs even worse.
So is there any possibility how I can increase the speed( I really tried every configuration)?
And is it common that the game(video and audio) runs in "slow-motion" when the fps are low(no classic lagging)?
(Sry for my bad English and thanks in advance for your answers)
Set the resolution to 800*600.

As I said I already use the lowest resolution (640*480).
Strange, I use a notebook with a dual core ~ 2,2 Ghz and 4 GB RAM, ATI HD 4530 ~ 512 MB and the game runs way too speedy for me, I was forced to use the speed limiter. Windows 7 64 bits though.
I get a huge fps boost by using the TP bloom hack. Even in hyrule field, etc. You can use the TP bloom hack by right clicking the rom in the games list in dolphin, select properties, under the first tab towards the bottom there is a drop down menu labled projections hack, select the TP bloom hack. should be the first one. The bad news is that it will be largely unplayable because the screen will be mirrored but your controls won't be, and any projectile weapons will shoot in the opposite direction than you point.

Mm....But I can shoot whit the slingshot whit no problems. :S
Current game issues:
- Blur around the corner with DirectX enabled.
- The sound has a lot of issues (DSP plugin).
- The game hangs at a certain level reached. (e.g: when you defeat the mini-boss in the 6th temple)
If there is more, let me know.
Mm....When you are in the 6th temple when you defeat the mini-boss. (I remember it was sort of an armor)The game hangs. For that you have to savestate, close and open Dolphin and set Interpreter mode when you pass the room when you fight him, savestate, close, open Dolphin and set again to JIT Recompiler.
JIT dosen't fix it ? :o
Okay mate, updated.
