Try these settings:
General
Enable dual core is on
Enable idle skipping is on
HLE the IPL is on
JIT Recompiler is on
Lock threads to cores is on
Optimize quantizers is on
DSP on thread is on
Graphics
Safe texture cache is on
Enable CPU->EFB access is on
anti-alias mode: none
Enhancements -> only EFB scaled copy
Advanced -> EFB to RAM
My settings.
this is normal for the OGL version... DX has superb EFB emulation.. so that you can have high detail without allmost not noticing the blur it's there but it very optimized

Which SVN are you using?
Can you post a screenshot?
Is the difference so much?
I found out something...
The "blur" is only on the top left square of the screen... the other squares are ok...

It seems to be impossible to remove all "blur" effects.
I just didn't notice that "blur" effect before reading this post.
I think we must wait for graphic updates or try different settings until we find best settings.
The issue is definitely the bloom. If I use the bleach vs crusade hack, everything is clearer however alot of the game is graphically bugged and the minimap becomes broken. I suppose the map alone isnt too bad but other places lose the original atmosphere that was intended. Here's that mass blur on D3D9 @ 1920x1200, SVN 4758 with no hacks. I've fiddled to no end and have not been able to change this problem.

In this screenie, notice the background buildings lacking crispness as well as the water and the image of Link around the water. Everything lacks definition now that I take a good look at it.

In this image, you can see the out of control bloom blurring up the wooden part of the left side of the gate. The gate itself seems alright and if you notice, there's another area in the sky that has all kinds of jagged bloom wierdness. AA/AF does not seem to help this in any way and like I said earlier, it looks fine with bleach vs crusade hack.

These are just examples of a few areas but it is like that everywhere. This issue is especially apparent in the twilight realm where the lighting is extremely off.
can someone help me, the game runs too fast. im using dx9 and if i use opengl it is slow sometimes
Get past Kakariko village and the game will run like ass when you get to Hyrule field again. I got 30 FPS in that Hyrule field screen above but after that point in the game, I get 12-20ish.

If you dont wanna wait, try enabling other audio and also going to options/configure/frame limit and setting it to 30.

Already reported this bug. I'm just curious nobody else noticed it until now ;-)
