You know, Hyrule Field is HUGE. So, that's why it's slow, and it can't be helped... I won't suggest overclocking your cpu since it can explode and all that. There was a trick with that program called Game Booster that helps me a little, though... It's in the Dolphin builds By Orleans thread, in General Discussion, check it and try, it might help you too

Game booster just closes unneeded programs and windows services you shouldn't need it if you've got your computer running properly, it gives me no performance boost but would certainly help some people.
Overclocking your CPU is definitely a good bet I've got mine up from 2.7 to 3.1 on stock cooling and it nets me about 2 more fps in Hyrule Field, with frame skipping on 1 I can get it to 50% emulation speed according to Dolphin at least. Research first though and remember to raise your speeds a little at a time.

Forget about those "suspect" tuning tools... there's no improvement by using such stuff. Try using a Benchmark like 3D Mark before and after and you will see what i mean.
Overclocking won't help you that much unless it's a huge overclock i.e. from 3-GHz to 4-GHz which will bring Zelda in Hyrule to playable region... the best would be to let the coders find out a way to make it faster...
Personally I own a (overclocked to) 4-GHz Quadcore Core i7, which can maintain about fullspeed using D3D, but with missing Map and all the stuff...

yes, the best thing we can do at the moment is wait... i my cpu (E8400) is clocked to 3,6, normally 3,0.
i only gained 5-7 fps in hyrule field... overclocking brings nearly nothing in this game...

5-7 fps is a huge improvement if your getting under 15fps in the first place! But agreed, only thing to do is wait for better code, or if that fails, i'd say in about two years most new decent cpu's should be able to get decent framerates.

What settings i should make in frame limit for PAL version? Is the game supposed to run 25 or 50 fps? And i need help, how to make wolf dive? It is in castle where the Link is turned to wolf for the first time.

Hey guys, I have this weird problem. I'm currently in Arbiters Grouds and I can't get through the first door, because Link can't pull the chain. Well, he tries, but nothing happens. I'm using the latest build of Dolphin, but I'm not sure, where exactly the problem is. If anyone could tell me, it would be very nice.

Hello all,
I use dolphin Emulator. It Works very well I'm playing Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess with good FPS.
Actualy, I only have one graphic problem. I have bug with some light effect and it makes the frame rate very low (10~12)
This is what I should get

This the render I have
![[Image: 851938NOT.png]](http://img7.hostingpics.net/pics/851938NOT.png)
My spec are :
Windows 7, 32
2Go RAM DDR2
Intel Core 2 Quad @ 2.40GHz
Nvidia Geforce 8600GT
Lattest graphics drivers and directX updates
I already tried many graphics plug in configurations but no changes
Does anyone already had this problem or know how to fix it ?

Hey guys, I actually have a E7400 Core2Duo at 2.8Ghz. I usually run at about 15 fps on hyrule. If I manage to get my cpu to 4Ghz, will I be able to play in hyrule at 24 fps (wich is more then playable).
Thanks!
Thanks!
