Which graphics card is better?
Plan to play SSBM in 1080p (with an i3 processor and 4gb of RAM)

In my opinion of you are choosing between those, I'd say go with the GTX 460.

I second the GTX 460. I did some research myself, and I found a lot of benchmarks consistently put the 460 ahead of the 550 TI. In terms of general performance, the 460 would be the way to go.

That said, I think both should be able to handle SSBM at that resolution. In a few weeks, I'll be able to test that out myself, as I just ordered a new rig with a 550 TI. The 460 wasn't an available option, but it definitely beats GT 520 they wanted to sell me.

The 460 is a higher end card. It performs better but costs more. Both cards are far more powerful than what you would need for running games on dolphin at 1080p (with auto IR defaulting to 3x at that resolution).
