So basically, to deal with bad transitioning, I switched to Dolphin 3.0-228.
The transitioning is now fixed, however, all party members now have a strange graphical bug outside of battle when they follow me.

Anyone know what I can do to fix this?
*I more than meet the minimum requirements to use Dolphin Emulator.
