Maybe you messed up with the nVIDIA settings? Try to reset them.

I don't think, that this is a Dolphin related problem.
Use the latest beta driver !
The latest stable/official driver (v302) has some issues with dolphin

Becouse if i don't do this the mh3 runs onley the 70-80% of speed

The cpu is core i5 2430.
I watched the gpu load and the program didn't use the nvidia at all

The cpu is i5 2430. but the game ran better before. nearly 100 % everywhere.

With your CPU 70-80% is a good performance in this game. You won't get more even with your other card
