This sounds bad, but if it only crashes when you overclock, maybe you have a bad setting. My overclock isn't all that ambitious...at least not with a 2500K. But I disabled all the power saving and hyperthreading options like C1State, etc. The names may differ depending on your exact mobo. Honestly, I left all the voltages on auto and my temps are very low with my H100 (although I did use Indigo Xtreme TIM). I know this isn't an overclocking forum, but I figured my experience may help.

Run Intel Burn Test on your overclock to see if it fails. You are basically going to have to approach this systematically, changing one thing at a time and testing. I know it sucks...but what else can you do? Just my 2 cents.
No buddy, my overclock is 100% stable on Prime95, i ran it for hours. And besides like i said even if i overclock by increasing the base clock by 1 it WILL crash. I dont know why that would happen.
I understand, but if you overclock and it crashes...its your overclock. That is the only variable you changed (withstanding any faulty hardware, etc). Not to sound disrespectful, but perhaps you are changing other settings in your overclock rather than just the BCLK? It may help to read up on proper overclocking.

Buddy.
Iv been overclocking for years, I know what I have done, im not a noob. Even CPU level up does not prevent crashing. And how can u explain that super smash bros brawl works with LLE on thread? If it was my CPU it would have effected all games, this is obviously the Emulator's fault/
Just a question for all the people with crashes: What audio backend are you using? I remember at least a while ago that Xaudio crashed for me a lot. Don't know if that was just me or if it was fixed, but try using DSound.

I do try both but I still get same problem.
Found this on EmuCR and it might be relevant

Dolphin Git 3.0-370
2012-01-09

Dolphin Git changelog:
* fix for stack corruption caused by certain DSP LLE JIT ABI calls.
if you were getting crashes or freezes as a result of using the "DSP LLE on Thread" option, this might fix that.
Yeah that was committed awhile back. yogoes123 update to a recent build (3.0-370 or higher) and tell me if you are still experiencing the issue.
