Yes it shows different options, But for every game I select an option, and it sometimes changes it for the entire list of games. Should I also ignore the graphics/config options on the emulator it self because when I go into a game I dont see the settings change, Is that normal?

Well, some of options are broken (not working). Some also does work.
Working:
antialiasing, external frame buffer, vsync, dual core
Non working:
anisotropic, video backend, tex. cache accuracy.
Rest of the options are not implemented.
The reason ive put it to public is that you ppl could test it, and get me info of what works and what isnt working.
To make sure that you arent wrong, enable external frame buffer (real) to some game and disable for others. That you will see does it apply to all games or just which one you enabled on. Also try enabling on one, and put rest to default.

Also, please test tex. cache accuracy with your games. It seems that it doesent affect any of my games, so im not completely sure that isnt working

Please provide me with test info (whats working, whats not working, bugs ...).

my antivirus(norton 360) detects the dcp as a virus
Its a false positive. Its probably detected by its attitude (which is editing files, in this case .ini's, might be a game scanner too...). Have you checked this one:

Only yours, and one from that list (which i never heard of, and with paranoid heuristics scan) detected it as threat (which is, i must repeat, your antivirus determined it by its attitude, which is affecting/editing other files)
Anyway, if you still think its a virus, dont use it, simple as that.

I have a problem with your latest build (3.0-363 SSE4.2 optimized). When I enable cheats and start a game, i get a blackscreen. When i close Dolphin, Windows tell me, that Dolphin don't react. so i have to shut down Dolphin via taskmanager.
But with cheats disabled, everthing is working perfectly. Strange...

Try mamario's 3.0-363 with same settings and see does the issue appears with it too...
Ill have latest builds uploaded soon, also try them...
With the 3.0-363 by mamario the cheats are working, the same with your older 3.0-354 SSE4.2 build.
It seems, that only your 3.0-363 build have the problem with cheats.
