Hello, sorry for not searching or my noobishness but what is SSE3,SSE4.1,SSE4.2,AVX? I know they have to do with the CPU but not sure what they are meant for, and which one would I pick ? sorry and thanks.

You can read about it here:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SSE4 and here http://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/schema-validation-with-intel-streaming-simd-extensions-4-intel-sse4/

For your cpu, download SSE4.2 build.

Thanks to all for feedback.
Enjoy.

Does your build use the HLE audio fix for Xenoblade from Mylek's 3.1 patch?
No, my builds dont contain custom (users) patches.
Generaly i dont take any requests, but i might make build with that patch one in near future, for testing purpose.

Spikyworm

That would be great. I love the game but I lose a consistent frame rate going with the patched build to fix the sound. It would be great to try a more optimized build with working sound.
I would appreciate a wiimote branch build if you have time, for testing purposes.

Edit: Oh wow he merged it already. In that case I second my support for a Xenoblade audio patch build.
Which instructions do you guys need, i will compile it only for you two, and if happens that it has some performance boost compared to one you used before it, ill build rest of them.
p.s. Link me with the latest patch. Cant browse for it now.

My system is SSE3 and SSSE3 compatible. His cpu is also SSE3 compatible if you look at his profile, although he doesn't state whether he's using a 64 bit version of windows 7 (I am).

I'm using 64bit Windows 7. Didn't think to add that to my specs.
The v3.1 patch is the one I've been using so far that has done well so far, aside from the lack of consistent frame rate.
Ok. Had problems with patching (Patch format detection failed) -it might be outdated or it needs some code fixes (i dont know which i havent used patches long time). I think i managed to do it with TortoiseMerge, but im not sure... You will know when try it.

Tell me if it worked.
