You don't.
Besides that these builds are REALLY old, there's really no performance increase over non ICC compiled builds.
Can this thread be closed? The op hasn't been here for while (over a year), and put an all caps "DEPRECATED" over the topic?

I suppose I will. If the op returns he can request this thread be re-opened or if other staff thinks it should remain open then they can re-open it..
