Have you tried the other versions?

Did you import some settings (cfg's) and/or savestates from previous version(s) ?
Do you have latest directx? http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35
Do you have VC Redistributable ? http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=14632

Everything works fine for me.

Install DX and VC++ then download and unpack dolphin - and start it without adding any files to it.

all avx version dosent work for me dont know why .. even my cpu support AVX..
other version like dolphin 3.0-804 sse4.2 ,dolphin 3.0-865 dirty are working.(but some time fps drops
from 55 to 11 or 26) may be turbo boost feature of laptop dosent work constantly for dolphin.. may be this is called throttling

thats why i am focusing on avx version of dolphin to get more fps..

Strange.... SSE4.2 works but AVX not... Have you tried any other AVX build? (try with mine build archive)

every time i double click on dolphin.exe
it shows a popup message "dolphin.exe has stopped working"
according to CPU-z my cpu can support/read AVX instruction.

you need windows7 "SP1" to get AVX working

Oh yeah that's right , I bet you don't have SP1 himuu :p

3.0-305 AVX x64 didnt work , dolphin.exe has stopped working

OMG u caught me. there is no SP1 shown in my system properties..
actually i was thinking that windows 7 ultimate edition comes with SP1.. but its not.. You are right.
so i am downloading Sp1 . and will update you soon wheather avx version of dolphin runs or not..

i have some questions

1)are there any specific settings to get more fps or this avx version handle on its own..

2) few days back when i play any game my cpu ghz goes up and down(2.8-2.2ghz) on its own(result is Throttling) [turbo boost (upto 3.1)],without maintaning a good ghz at constant rate.. so i use throttlestop to maintain good ghz. but now this will make cpu so hot that laptop shutdowns(i think its for safety). no matter how much i reduce the multiplier in throttlestop ,cpu temp goes up all the way to 93 and shuts down. this was not the case before throttle stop. laptop never shutdown no matter how hot laptop was, but after using throttle stop it shut down. any idea.. now the case is whether i use throttlestop or not as the cpu become hot during gaming ,laptop shutdown..

To your 1st question: Use the settings for best speed (link in my sig)

Mate will you continue to work on your builds? imho are the best ones (at least for my config) so waiting for more of your works
