The speed between different compiled version is very close,if your difference is very large,that's your setting reason.
vlakipn:we have the same mainboard,i use i5 2500 by 4 frequency multiplications. Now i use your compiled avx version,play game with lle,it's very stable and comfortably,my cpu play a full part！
I wish if dolphin has change about lle or hle，such as 3.0-415，you upgrade avx version.In this way, the upgrade is not very frequent,isn't it？

If i understood what you've asked, latest build ive added has that feature.

Ive compared mine and lectrodes latest builds.
Sadly, i dont own metroid prime, so i couldnt test on it.
Most of my games run at full speed so i had to test with games which has less than 100% speed (like Punch Out with LLE). Result was 99% same like in lectrodes build.
So there is nothing wrong with my builds. I dont know what instrucions lectrode uses, maybe he adds openMP, which could boost fps on some games (like metroid prime), or he uses some patches on his builds (will ask him).
Generally differences in instruction set to my and lectrodes are, that he uses only Qax (which is compatible with both type of cpu's) and i use Qx and Qax (Qx -for intel , Qax- for amd).
p.s. Try with zelda's
