im trying to open pokemon rumble but, it just stops loading and shows this.

So what? You surely should head to the Wiimote configuration window and pick the Classic Controller as an (emulated or real) extension, no? Did you do so already?
What is your current Wiimote configuration so far?
What version or revision of Dolphin are you using? 32-bit or 64-bit?

im using my keyboard as a controller.

So did you choose "none" or "classic" in Wiimote Config/Extension?

i chose emulated wiimote

i would set up another profile to emulate the classic controller on your keyboard and use that for this game.

you most likely have some knumchuck emulation turned on as well therefore the game thinks it is plugged in but shouldn't be.
