1) He's playing Skyward Sword, which has nowhere close to the CPU required of SMG/2 and DK CR.
2) His fps dropped at over 1x IR, so that means its a graphics card issue, the CPU is mostly fine in this case.

I played Zelda Skyward Sword with Core i5 750 @ 3.2GHz and fullspeed (all time) not is possible X_x, 3.6GHz+ maybe.......
