i have the same problem with some PC games like GTA IV, CoD: MW3, FIFA 12, GTA san andreas and NFS most wanted even though my system meets there minimum requirements

Your system should be able to, I can play NSMB with a very old computer (AMD athlon 3000) and get about 20fps...
