My guess is that he uses the european-japanese version which has the overbloom issue, and wants to break up the effect (instead he makes things worse). The american version has a hack to break the bloom since it has issues in the ini.

I did what u said,but when i open it there is that extra luminous pixelate screen,and when i open settings the screen is an half good and an half white and pixelate.
(same error then before)

Use direct 3d 9 instead of direct 3d 11 backend, as for the luminance you can't do much about it (read my post above).
try the NTSC Version of the Game...
the other Versions are somehow... gay Big Grin

I'm from Italy,so i use eur version...can i break up that effect without playing in english?

->Select a list to help in your search
CHoose Patch: MonsterHunter 3
Select: r6505-DKTOS-MH3v2-FifoBsy

download that version
press in town number '7'
then the bloom is gone...
the other way is using the NTSC Version...

solved using that patch without antialiasing.
did you pressed "7" ?
and enable in the gpu tab under advanced the hotkeys
