Is there a difference between the 32 bit and 64 bit versions for this game? I heard people say they get better fps on 64 bit version than 32 bit, is this true or just smoke and mirrors? I have tried 32 bit I can only get the game to 40 fps in game. A lot of revisions crash on cutscenes.

The game doesn't have a 64 bit version. Dolphin has 32 bit builds and 64 bit builds, that must be what you're referring to. And yes the 64 bit dolphin builds are a bit faster than the 32 bit builds, how much faster depends on the game.
