Im wanted to play One Piece unlimited Adventure, but if i start the game, the light is to bright and my speed is down to 50%.

Uncheck "Disable Lighting" in Graphics>Hacks.

Already done but i still have the problem. :/

Do what the ini says, use direct 3d 11.
