So basically it is not happening *sigh*
You're free to learn how 2 code and make it happen Tongue

That said, it's fairly trivial to implement stuff like that...

As of 3.0-873 this have finally became reality, never again will I have to click sort button again more then maybe once.
Thanks!!!
Someone should really compile a list of small features like this that should be added/fixed. I'm interested in fixing these things, but i can't do anything if i don't know there's a problem. It's kind of silly that this took so long to be done.
@ gjfklhg
The only thing I could recommend is that you stay up to date with Dolphin downloads and the code google page to always have the latest information and such.

Anyway I tested this last night and my game list is wonderfully permanently sorted in GC, Wii and WiiWare games now.

That does address my concern at all.

The one thing I've been waiting a long time for is caching of the games list between runs so there wouldn't be a need to wait for Dolphin to re-catalog the ISOs every start.
It probably could do that, but it would mean we'd get people complaining that it hadn't seen their new .iso file. We'd have to add a refresh button (which we may or may not have anyway) and make it compulsory. Unfortunately, some people prefer to let a computer do something slowly and all the time over manually pushing a button once in a while when a new game is acquired.
