Trying to play the new COD MW3 and the video skips every now and again, and the sound clicks a lot... this also happens in Just Dance 3 as well.

My system:
Mobo: ASUS M4A785-M
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 925 2.8Ghz
4g RAM

Integrated ATI Radeon HD4200
Max. shared memory: 512 MB

I use the onboard HDMI to a HD 720p TV... Do I need a new video card to correct the issues with the video and audio?

And if so, what would is the minimum I should be looking for, for the new games coming out?

Thanks!
"Do I need a new video card?". That implies that you have a video card (you don't). You have an IGP. You need a decent graphics card.

A better question to ask would be "what is your budget?".
