I have been listening to the Zelda soundtrack that came along with Skyward Sword and playing the games like crazy.
My thirst for the series have grown a thousand fold these last couple of days.
I saw this on YouTube, an IGN april fools trailer of an potential The Legend of Zelda movie.

Though it's from 2009, it doesn't matter.
Now that I have seen that I could only imagine how great a the Legend of Zelda movie would be along with the awesome tunes from the orchestrated soundtrack.
I'm not a big fan of game based movies but this could be epic.
Kinda like the Lord of the Rings epic.
I can only keep dreaming about it, but I haven't loosed hope.
Someday maybe we'll be watching The Legend of Zelda in the movie theaters.

Yes such a movie might be interesting with real actors not a boring 3D movie. And just an idea : for Zelda an animated series would be possible too

Yeah a real actors movie is what I'm talking about man. The Legend of Zelda series have some of the most beautiful locations and epic characters that would look awesome on the movie screen.
As for an animated series, well then I'm starting to think about the Clone Wars animated series which I didn't like as much as the real Star Wars movies.

Yeah no Disney or Warner Bros production, 20th Century Fox is a bad idea also I think.
I would go for a Lucas Films - Peter Jackson combo maybe.
But I don't know, just the thought of an Zelda movie teases me.

The Clone Wars the animated series wasn't that bad but I agree it isn't as excellent as the movies
You really expect them to make The Clone Wars the same quality as the movies?
That would cost like.. billions a week.

What would be the use of making a 3D movie? we have excellent 3D games for this don't you agree?

No absolutely not. To be honest with you I didn't like this idea of animated series. Three new movies would have been better
