It'll fix the issue. Like Daco said; It's a cache issue.
As I mentioned in the OP, I have done this numerous times.

I'm on a 100 MBit/s line, believe me, slow networks are not a problem.

I've already obtained this (not on Dolphin site) but it disappeared if I closed/reopened the site or if I came back later on. I've never seen a site where I got this each time and where it persisted. Are you still getting this?

Yup. I have been for the better part of this year.

i think you mean delete browser cache
Believe me, sometimes fucked up/badly saved cookies can screw page loading, making things like this. I had to go through this experience with a site I needed to access to discover that

Only when I deleted the cookies for that site it worked, It wasn't loading a flash object I needed to log in.

If I'm using IE I always set deletion of cookies and temporary Internet files etc. to automatic when I close the browser.
And when using Firefox I always delete everything after each browsing session.
The next time I want to browse the web it's clean as a whistle. There's nothing more annoying then filthy temp junk that gets saved every time.
