just wanted to update. i am playing dolphin 7119 with 12/2 build.
i am up to the forest temple with ease. i pretty much can get everything done pretty easily using a 360 pad and kai's config basically.
two things i am finding difficult are getting horizontal slashes consistantly and balancing on tightropes. other than that everything is pretty darn tight. aiming can be wonky but works most of the time.
thanks jp!
What the wiimote config needs isn't macros or anything super complicated on the devs side of things. We have programs like XPadder that perfectly handle all the complicated stuff for ffree.
All Dolphin needs is to set up the wiimote config screen like
Column A/Column B/Column C
Column A is like 100 long of nothing but drop down boxes that let you pick A B Start Home 1 2 Pitch Yaw Swingx Swingy Swingz Shakex Shakey Shakez
And then depending on which of those you pick (so obviously not A B 1 2) column B lets you determine the force/sensitivity
And column C is just what button you want to bind it to on your KB/M/gamepad.
So
Column a (pick a button/movement to emulate)/Column b (set parameters like range/force/etc. if applicable)/Column C (what button you want to bind it to)
Have like 100 of those. No one will ever use 100, but it's a good number. And now we can use superior already made and fully functional things like XPadder to bind all sorts of perfect control schemes to our controllers with all the different types of sets and set modifiers and the good stuff while minimal work for the Dolphin devs.
Everyone leaves happy. Get er done.
Sorry for bad English.
can someone please tell me how to apply patch to dolphin.
i wanted to apply this patch to remove lines from screen

There is one patch that could solve the background issue~made by kamm.christian

Hi I heve problem in my IF option miss show Button is there onli Hide and so if i Play i must hold that hide button or i have still IF on in my game. Please Do you anyone know how to fix that?
Hey, I'm having trouble with the controls, on the sword fighting part I just can't seem to find out how to make the sword swing, my feeling says that the sensitivity and gyro options should be changed but I nearly tried everything and no luck so far. Could someone help me out?
Thanks in advance.
Thanks kaicooper but it still doesn't work i've tryed all can someone be my savior ?

A new build is posted in the same place as before http://www.mediafire.com/?eta17d97uw4m4 http://code.google.com/r/jpeterson57-dolphin/source/list . The documentation in post two has received a minor update to reflect the new settings http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/showthread.php?tid=20167&pid=181825#pid181825 .
Changes
- Fixes Red Steel 2 sword. Yaw and pitch and (rotate, fast mode) swing the sword. Please comment on how it works.
- Fixes the DInput device disappearance bug.
- Attempt to fix random crashes. Please report if you still experience crashes.
- Adds new setting, Gyro Settle, that will settle the gyro if no rotation has occurred for the specified number of frames. Set it to a high value, for example 999 or more to keep it as it was before. Split the rotation range modifier key into Acc Range and Gyro Range to allow a range control that only applies to the gyro, and separate Gyro Range in 1 and 2 in case two different range modifiers are desired.
Thank you for testing the new builds! All comments and suggestions are welcome as usual!
I try to read all posts here, but if you think you've discovered an important flaw pleas give me a heads up in #dolphin-emu@efnet too, in case I miss your post here!

as you can see it blurs the entire picture instead of either fixing DOF or turning off DOF completely. but I would guess it's fixed pretty soon now that the cause of the problem is found.
