Use the 11/28/11 build, that's what I use.

I just download the 11/28/11 and copy that into the dolphin folder right? or is there an actual full build from then?

Did you try pressing Alt-F5?

Yes, It just says Wiimote 1 connected and still prompts for the wii motion plus
I had it working kinda but i needed to change the controls and when i did that it stopped working and i've tried like 5-6 builds and can't get it to work at all again

Not sure how come you're not able to make it work since it just works fine all of the time without issues for me.

Try deleting your wiimotenew.ini in user/config.

that worked with getting it to recognize motion plus but now I can't move the cursor on screen its locked to the middle

And i just restarted the emulator and now it doesn't work again?
could someone upload their build that works so i can see what I'm doing wrong?

Did you add the 11/28/11 files to a clean 3.0-204 build? There is no build to upload that works, the build in the first post works.

I did, I even reinstalled to make sure and once again it only works the first time I launch after that it refuses to pick up motion plus

Same thing keeps happening to me, sometimes my controls wont save at all, sometimes my buttons won't work, even if i've assigned them correctly.

All of the config files i've downloaded that are working for others, are not working for me. Have re-installed like 10+ times, so i've kinda given up already.

What I did, was open up the control configuration screen and increase the width to 100 in the IR sensitivity box.

That didnt change anything for me. I can go all the way left but not right.
What is the value for center? Since the width was increased to 100, the value for center should be 50. Otherwise, I assume you would travel further in one direction and not in the other.

Center is at 50.
