I can't seem to get it working properly. At the name selection screen the pointer doesn't move right or left whatsoever. It also automatically centers after a few seconds, I did read the OP about it but I still can't seem to get it working messing around with the ranges and sensitivity, can someone help me?

It looks perfectly fine without the motion plus files Confused
Is there a way to fix this problem?
I've made it to Skyview temple so far, emulating the motion controls on an Xbox 360 controller is really tedious but I am managing so far. Anyone know how to do the Skyward Strike with emulated motion+ because I can't seem to pull it off. The motion controls are really sensitive and require constant tweaking to pull off the different moves, aiming etc.. it's all over the place and using the sword is like stuck on rapid fire, aiming is possible but barely.
I'm able to do a skyward strike by slowly and gently moving my analog stick forward till it gets raised all the way up and locks in the skyward position. Too fast and Link will swipe sword up. I guess it all depends how you have your controller mapped and the sensitivity you're using.
I actually meant a Fatal Blow, don't know why I was thinking Skyward Strike which I am able to do. I need to knock down some spiders and pull off a Fatal Blow to kill the spiders, so far I've only managed to get myself killed.
I believe the only way to do it is when you're presented with the option and it will tell you what to press when you're near an enemy. I don't think you can just do it whenever you want. Not entirely sure, though. When I walked up to those spiders it always said on-screen "do fatal blow", then I pressed the buttons that corresponded to that action. It worked for me, I guess you didn't press the right buttons and controller movements.

You can still do a fatal blow without being presented with the prompt, but Link won't jump up and stab down, it just looks like a downward slice.
When I played the game at my parents house during Thanksgiving I remember that it required locking on to the enemy and shaking/thrusting the Wiimote and Nunchuck. I'm not sure how that would translate into the emulated motion controls.
